That is the website I use to rent it. It rents by the week. It’s got big rooms, one of only 4 under-the-building parking spaces. It’s really bright and open inside. We have recently upgraded all the furniture and window treatments. It has a washer and dryer in the unit and great big porches. It’s on the 6th floor.

I just aold two condos in town (not on the water) for $149k each. They buyer bought them for $220 in 2005.

We also just sold a nice 2700 square foot home in the Laurel Oaks Subdivision of Sarasota, Florida for $525k. It was a short sale and the mortgage was $750k. The bank made the buyer sign a note for $200k of the difference. It was once listed for close to $900k.

I meant to say that the Seller bought the two condos in 2005 for $220 each. (the ones that just sold for $149k each).
